By Accepting our quote or making an online purchase you agree to the following Terms and Conditions

  • Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is NON-REFUNDABLE
  • A booking deposit of $55 for engagement & wedding cakes and $33 for all other cakes is required. This is separate from the amount quoted and covers Admin / Consultation and is non-refundable if the order is cancelled
  • If cancelled inside 7 days before your event you are liable for 50% of the total of your order
  • If Victoria goes into a Lockdown due to Covid or any other event we will honour a new date however a new deposit is required
  • All prices quoted are excluding GST and 10% GST will be added once the quote is accepted
  • Any changes to design/colour you wish to make to your order after a deposit has been made may incur additional costs
  • Queen Baker takes all precautions to ensure a structurally safe product and does not take responsibility for any damage or loss caused once picked up or delivered
  • Any product purchased from Queen Baker damaged or lost in transit, not delivered by a member of our team, is not the responsibility of Queen Baker. This also applies to loss or damage caused at any venue
  • Delivery and setup costs will vary from $60.00-$100.00. Hour distances from our Store & Sunday deliveries will incur the higher rates

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online or in store purchase as quality customer service is extremely important to us. If you are unhappy for any reason please contact us on 03 9379 2800 to discuss.

For items such as cakes and desserts we unfortunately don’t offer a return or exchange option for these.

We ask that you carefully read each product description before purchasing. Please bare in mind you are ordering food items so we are unable to return any items once they have been picked up.

Should your items arrive damaged, please advise us immediately. Again as these items are lovingly baked and decorated over hours worth of work we are unable to replace any items.
